A Health systems response to FGM and its medicalization in SUDAN

This is a mixed-methods implementation research project to understand the driver of FGM medicalization, develop health system intervention and evaluate effect on FGM medicalization. Primary collaborators are WHO RHR unit in Geneva and Public Health Institute in Sudan. Funding is provided through UK aid (DFID) and WHO.
